STOCK DELIVERY - All goods are in stock and delivered within 7 working days of cleared payment. All items are shipped direct to your door and  we do offer a collection service from the shop by arrangement. Smaller items are sent by Royal mail and do not require a signature, larger items are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm by our courier DHL, Royal mail 1st and Royal mail standard parcel.We can deliver to an alternative address of your choosing, you have the opportunity to provide this as the "post to address" when completing your order.Should you be unavailable to sign for an item it will returned to couriers local depot and a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.For legal reasons couriers cannot leave packages unsigned for and any requests for items to be left in the porch/shed/garden, will be disregarded.

DAMAGED GOODS - Please note any issues relating to damage of goods during transit must be reported immediately and signed for accordingly, for us to proceed with a claim. Goods returned that have not been checked or returned for no reason will carry a restocking charge of £20 or 20% which ever is greater. Items that have been ordered as a special or ordered with special instructions carry no refund. (Please refer to T & C's)
 

ITEM CONDITION - All cycles are shipped with pedals, handlebars and front wheel removed and there may be a small amount of fine adjustment but  instructions are included to complete assembly or you can contact us for help by one of our bike technicians  All clothing and smaller items/accessories will be delivered in there completed original condition.

POST CODES - All prices quoted are mainland UK only. Highlands of Scotland with postcodes PH19-44 IV KW PA20-88 ZE KA27 & KA28 and Northern Ireland, Isle of white, isle of Man and all offshore islands please contact us for pricing. Insurance is also available, the pricings for this is in th edelivery page and the different insurance options are on checkout . PRICING - Please Note; Postage with Royal Mail has a std Insurance of £35.00 Included and Postage with our Courier DHL is Std £50.00 Included.The cost for delivery is based on the cost of each item to post. Please see the table below for details.
