Q. Can I collect my order?
A. Yes, you can collect your item from our shop, shop details are on the (contact us page) the item will NOT be assembled or PDI'd as with a Shop purchase because of the difference in price. The warrenty is unaffected.
Q. What condition is the item in?
A. The item is new and are in perfect condition. All cycles are provided un-assembled, all accessories are supplied in their original conditionand packaging. we do offer cycle assembly advise by our cycle technicians.
Q.How much is delivery?
A.The delivery charge for mainland UK addresses is quoted in the delivery page and on checkout for each item. We deliver to UK Mainland address. If you are outside the UK Mainland we will deliver by courier but please contact us for pricing first
Q. When are you open?
A. The Shop operates Monday to Saturday 9:00am until 5:00pm. Outside these hours we can be contacted by email or by leaving a message on our answer machine and we will contact you as soon as possible.
